I ordered from overseas a beautiful arrangement for my daughter’s birthday in Brooklyn. They arrived on time and were beautiful. My daughter and granddaughter love them. I highly recommend Floral Heights.

I love this florist. Before the arrangement was delivered, I received a photo of the most beautiful flowers. It was delivered on time, with just a few hours notice and looked simply beautiful. Use this florist, you won't be disappointed!

I'll def order from Floral Heights again. Their arrangement looks just like the picture, which I usually don't get to see (sending long distance), but they went above and beyond and sent me a picture of the final product proactively. I'd never had a florist do that. Just a nice extra step in customer service. And it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you!

Floral Heights is an amazing florist, Charlotte was really nice and flexible to work around my budget for my wedding, the bouquets and centerpiece as you can see looked amazing and exactly how I had picture them! I recommend Floral Heights for your events as they are extremely professional with an attention to detail and offer flowers arrangements of high quality!

Charlotte and her team did an excellent job with the florals for my wedding. I expressed our theme and vision to her and she brought it to life. I even changed my mind a few times and she was very accommodating. She and her team were punctual, professional, and set everything up. The table arrangements, bouquets and arch all came out beautiful both in real life and in photos, we were very happy with the final result!

I use Floral Heights to send flowers to my family in Brooklyn (I live in Ireland) they are always so helpful, deliver on-time and send me a photo of the flowers Once the bouquet is made, they always look the exact same as the picture I select!! So professional, and my family always love them!!!! Thank you!!

Highly Recommended! Floral Heights is awesome. We had planned to make our wedding day on 10.10.2020 extra special since we weren't able to have friends and family join us (due to COVID precautions). So we hired a photographer, rented a vintage yellow cab, and turned to Floral Heights for the floral arrangements we needed to add that special wedding day touch. Of course, we had a bouquet and a boutonniere but we also had Floral Heights create floral arrangements for the vintage taxicab including flowers for the side mirrors as well as the rear bumper. Everything turned out great as you can see in the pictures here. Needless to say, Floral Heights will get all of our floral business in Brooklyn from now on. I couldn't recommend them more. Cheers!

I’ve been coming to Floral Heights since the pandemic and Charlotte has never once disappointed me. Over the years I’ve ordered everything — a quick bouquet to say congrats on a new job, flowers for thanksgiving party, and even arrangements for my intimate wedding. Each time, she somehow manages to create exactly what the moment calls for. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is how warm and honest she is. She’ll tell you what works, what lasts, and what fits best for the occasion — and I’ve always trusted her advice. It never feels pushy or “salesy,” just genuine care. Whether it’s something small or a big life event, I know I can count on her and her team to make it special.
